Digitree is a digital platform operated by Digitree Platforms Private Limited, an Indian company, providing digital identity tools, utilities, content hosting, discovery features, and related services on a free, freemium, or paid basis.

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Digitree acts as a Data Fiduciary or Data Controller, and in certain cases as a Data Processor, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may use the Services only if:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction; and
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Digitree does not knowingly permit use of its Services by minors without verifiable parental consent where required by law.

Digitree provides, among others:

• Bio-link pages and mini websites
• Digital business cards, QR and NFC-based tools
• URL shorteners and productivity utilities
• Document tools such as PDF conversion, compression, merging, and splitting
• Discovery and public profile features
• Content hosting and viewing features (including short-form media)
• Marketplaces for digital assets and templates
• Analytics and insights related to usage and engagement

Digitree may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at its discretion, without liability.

Certain Services require you to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Digitree is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.

You agree not to use Digitree to:

• Upload, share, or link to unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, misleading, or malicious content
• Violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any person
• Distribute malware, phishing links, spam, or deceptive redirects
• Impersonate any individual or entity
• Interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the platform

Digitree may remove content or restrict access without prior notice where required by law or platform safety.

You retain ownership of the content you upload or link through Digitree.

By using the Services, you grant Digitree a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, distribute, process, and make available such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you provide.

Digitree is a neutral platform.

We do not endorse, verify, or control third-party content, links, products, or services shared by users.

Accessing third-party websites or services is at your own risk.

Digitree is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from third-party interactions.

Some Services are offered free, while others require payment or subscription.

By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and taxes
• Authorize charges via approved payment processors
• Accept auto-renewal unless canceled before renewal

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All trademarks, logos, software, designs, and platform content (excluding user content) are the exclusive property of Digitree or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Services without written permission.

Your use of Digitree is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

• What data we collect
• How it is used and protected
• Your rights under applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

By using Digitree, you consent to such processing.

Digitree may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your activity poses legal, security, or reputational risk
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Digitree makes no warranties regarding:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of content
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Use of the Services is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Digitree shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Digitree in the preceding 12 months, or INR 10,000, whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digitree, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your content or links
• Violation of these Terms or applicable law

Digitree shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or cyber incidents.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Digitree may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
