At Digitree, we value our customers and strive to ensure a seamless experience across all our products and services. This policy outlines our terms regarding shipping, refunds, and returns for both physical products (e.g., NFC-enabled business cards) and digital products/services (e.g., Link-in-Bio, Templates, Marketplace, and Tools).

1. Shipping Policy (Physical Products)

Order Processing:

Orders for NFC cards or other physical products are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Timeline:

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and selected shipping option. Standard delivery typically ranges from 7–14 business days (international orders may take longer).

Tracking:

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

Customs & Duties:

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Return & Refund Policy (Physical Products)

We take utmost care to deliver quality products. However, if you face an issue, please review the following:

Eligible Returns:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect products may be returned or replaced.
  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with clear proof (photo/video).

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Customized or personalized NFC cards (e.g., with your name/logo printed) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear & tear are not eligible for return.

Refund Method:

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

Replacement:

In case of defective items, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund (subject to availability).

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective/damaged.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy (Digital Products & Services)

As most of our services are digital and instantly delivered, we follow a strict no-refund policy for such products. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Link-in-Bio subscription plans
  • Templates & Marketplace purchases
  • Tools (e.g., URL Shortener, PDF Compressor, Merge/Split PDF, JPG ⇄ PDF Converter)
  • QR Code generator and related tools

Exceptions:

  • If you are charged incorrectly due to a technical error (e.g., duplicate payment), you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
  • In case of major service outages (where Digitree fails to provide access for more than 72 consecutive hours), a partial credit or extension of subscription may be granted at Digitree's discretion.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Physical Products: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless already shipped.
  • Digital Products/Subscriptions: Once activated, subscriptions and digital services cannot be canceled or refunded. You may, however, choose not to renew at the end of your billing cycle.
